Alan came out and discussed options with the customer and tailored a chair lift to suit her needs with an element of future proofing. After measuring up and providing an extremely competitive quote we chose him to install a new Stair Lift which was installed with the smallest of hiccups at a date and time to suit the customer.
Following a small problem Alan came out with an Engineer and resolved the issue in a friendly and most professional way, keeping the customer fully informed of what was happening.
We were most impressed by the way the elderly lady was treated and engaged in conversation to understand her particular needs.
So please were we that we have selected Candor Care to provide and install a bath lift to make it easier for the lady to bathe.
Top service, very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Out of the blue, after a nasty fall, my wife needed a stairlift on a return staircase. Looked at four suppliers and settled on Candorcare because they were sympathetic, non-pushy and competitively priced (but not the cheapest). They recommended the Otolift 2 which we saw working at their Coalville showroom (alongside several other makes/types). Being local was important for after sales service. They delivered a tailor made lift within forecast timescales and their installation engineer was very competent and did not drag it out unnecessarily. In more detail..... We had contacted numerous companies to look into the challenge of installing a stairlift on our steep and tricky staircase. Many took a cursory look and said it couldn't be done whilst others measured and pondered but were unable to come up with a solution. Candor Care assessed the situation made a number of helpful suggestions and were very supportive in resolving our issues. We felt they offered a genuine concern for and understanding of the mobility issues which needed to be considered and were very knowledgeable about the range of products on the market. Our installation involved building work which was efficiently co- ordinated by the company. Communication throughout was very good and the fitting of the stairlift and follow up was excellent. Had we not had the expertise of this company to hand we may have had to consider moving out of our house. So it's Hurrah for Candor Care.
